VENUE #48 and #13 – VIEW ON MAP >
Keywork is a versatile duo comprising Valerie Barr on accordion and Deborah Pennington on various clarinets. We play the fun stuff in the classical music genre, performing specially arranged popular classics. Our first gig was the Perfectly Pitched concert in February, we have been chosen to play in the MyLeeds Summer 2023 celebration and we are looking forward to playing in unusual venues for the Horsforth Walk of Art.
Keywork are also playing for the Leeds 23 : My LEEDS summer venue at Calverlands. They have been working alongside 3 groups of adults with complex needs, in the run up to the festival, to create a short film which will be shown at the event. The film was created by Stephanie White. Keywork will also perform on our stage in a fun interactive session for all on our main stage.
